As you’ve probably guessed, my name is Maria. I am a Muslim Palestinian-American who grew up in Alabama. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and I’m currently working on a Master’s degree in counseling clinical mental health. I am happily married to my best friend, Azeem. I have a passion for fashion (primarily modest fashion as a proud hijabi :)), makeup, cooking, travel, art, and so much more. I’m excited to share my lifestyle with you all!

Yours Truly, Maria is an online lifestyle blog where I write about and share all that I love, including travel, fashion, beauty, home decor, food and recipes, health, and everything in between. This blog is a creative outlet that combines all my loves, interests, hobbies, and overall lifestyle into one space. For a while, Instagram was my main platform where I channel all my passions and interests into one account. It was used as a collection of pictures, stories, and posts that I could use to express myself. While the visuals and photos of my life were aesthetically pleasing, and I appreciated having them all in one space to look at, I always felt like it wasn’t enough. True, a picture is worth a thousand words. However, I wanted to create a space where I could share pics and write and fully express myself however I wanted, share my experiences, my favorite products, provide tips, and any knowledge I have that could potentially interest or benefit you! At the very least, this blog is my happy space to write about anything and everything lifestyle.
